Four sealed burners (ranging from 5，000 to 12，000 BTUs) with enamel grates offer reliable heating with easier cleanup than messier open burners. This unit has a drop-down broiler compartment and a small 2-piece broiler pan with lid that easily fits inside. The PRO200SS1 features electronic spark ignition and ships with a pre-installed 115 V cord. The oven includes 2 slide-out racks， with 4 slots to allow you to adjust based on your pan size.
